The Villas at Brookstone Meadows

The Villas at Brookestone Meadows is a new independent living neighborhood in Elkhorn, Nebraska — stand-alone homes for those over 55 ready to trade the upkeep of ownership for carefree living, across three architectural styles from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet.

Senior living has a decision-making quirk most real estate doesn't: the adult children are usually part of the choice, and they often live somewhere else. A prospect touring in Omaha needs to show the place to a son in Denver and a daughter in Chicago that same evening. VIZ built fully immersive virtual tours of all three villa styles, so the whole family could walk the same home from three different cities.

Around the tours, VIZ delivered the complete visual package — interior and exterior renderings for every plan, an aerial rendering placing the villas on the Brookestone Meadows campus, drone photography of the site, and a full community animation for the leasing campaign.
