The Brief
Alpine Investments needed to bring their vision for a mixed-use project in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood to life.
Working alongside the client and the design team at Santulan Architecture, VIZ produced a set of CGI renderings that captured the building's character and its place in the neighborhood — imagery built for pre-leasing and marketing before a shovel hit the ground. Delivered quickly, with minimal rounds of revision.
