A $7 million custom home in Buell Mansion — experienced in full, long before it was finished.

Designed by Woodley Architectural Group and set in one of Denver's most private gated enclaves, 15 Sandy Lake is 7,400 square feet of modern Colorado architecture with mid-century restraint. Decisions at this level are expensive to reverse, and drawings only take you so far. The owner wanted to move through the house, live with the material choices, and understand how each space would actually feel.

Working alongside the builder, VIZ created a fully immersive tour of the home along with interior design direction for the primary spaces — letting the team evaluate finishes, light, and flow in context, refine decisions before they were built, and share the finished vision with anyone they chose to bring in.
