Franciscan Ministries operates senior living communities built on a promise of safe, well-designed, comfortable care. Every marketing decision either supports that trust or quietly undermines it — and imagery that overstates a residence is the fastest way to lose a family at the tour.

Since 2025, VIZ has delivered a virtual tour package across four communities. Each tour is built on our custom interface, branded to its community, with floor plan legends so a family always knows where they are in the residence — alongside high-end CGI stills produced for both web and print.

The communities have different architects and different specifications, and each tour represents its own building accurately. What stays constant is the experience. The interface, the quality standard, and the way a family moves through a residence feel the same whether they're viewing Providence or Victory Lakes.

The result is an ecosystem rather than a pile of assets — tours and imagery that work together across the website, sales center, print collateral, paid campaigns, and social, and that grows with every community added.
