Fieldstone Architecture & Engineering is a full-service firm serving some of the top homebuilders in the country, with a studio dedicated entirely to resort-style clubhouses and amenity features. When their designs needed to be seen before they were built, they brought in VIZ — and kept bringing us back, across more than a dozen projects.

Amenity campuses are their own visualization problem. A clubhouse isn't one building; it's a pool deck, a tennis and pickleball complex, a playground, a culinary center, and the circulation between all of it. Ground-level views can't show how the pieces relate. Aerial renderings became the backbone of this work — the only view that lets a builder, a board, or a buyer understand an entire amenity program at once.

Most of these communities are in Florida, built for national brands including Del Webb. VIZ handled the 3D modeling, aerial and exterior renderings, and drone work — matching Fieldstone's design intent closely enough that the imagery reads as an extension of their own studio.
