Chene Blanc – Pulte Pacific Northwest
Architectural Renderings, Virtual Tours & Animations
The Brief
Over half the homes at Chêne Blanc have Mount Hood views. The marketing had to prove it.
Pulte Homes was launching a 34-home luxury community in West Linn, just outside Portland, with six floor plans starting above $1.1 million. At that price point in a market shopped heavily from out of state, buyers needed to understand two things before they'd book a tour: what the homes look like, and what it feels like to stand on that hillside.
A rendered mountain backdrop wouldn't have carried it. So we flew the actual site. VIZ captured drone photography and video across the property, then built the homes in CGI and composited them into the real footage — real terrain, real Mount Hood, real light, with buildings that hadn't been framed yet.
The result gave Pulte a full launch package: exterior renderings for every elevation, aerial imagery establishing the site, and an animation that walks a buyer through the community as it will actually exist.
