Uni-Frame™ is two patented systems — a floor system and a transportation system — that let a module ride five to ten inches off the ground instead of the industry-standard thirty-two. No cribbing. No separate trailer. And up to two feet of additional design height handed back to architects without touching a single regulation.

TinyMod® came in as a strategic partner, handling sales and manufacturing implementation, and brought VIZ along as the design and visual engine. Because a transport innovation is nearly impossible to sell from a spec sheet — people have to see it move, and they have to see what's happening underneath.

VIZ produced every visual asset behind the launch: renderings, animation, VIZ Cutaway® views revealing the floor system and hitch assembly, and the video that carries the story. Then came the harder proof. VIZ designed the Den, the first home to run the Uni-Frame system through an actual production line at Northstar Systembuilt — and conceptualized the two-section home built for the International Builders' Show.

VIZ holds a small equity position alongside a sales commission agreement.
